Rules regarding month-to-month service cancellations, campaign pausing, and offboarding procedures.
Unless a fixed 6-month or 12-month contract is explicitly specified in your Service Proposal, all monthly retainers operate on a flexible 30-day rolling basis. Either party may terminate services by providing written notice via email at least 15 calendar days prior to the next billing cycle start date.
E-commerce brands operating on seasonal inventory (e.g. Lawn fashion launches) may request a campaign pause for up to 60 days without forfeiting historical tracking data or pixel setups. A 10-day advance notice is required to initiate a pause.
Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, YR Tech Growth will complete all active ad campaign reporting, revoke agency manager permissions, export final tracking code documentation, and hand over complete ownership back to the client team.
Official cancellation notices must be sent in writing from the primary account owner's email to yrtechgrowth@gmail.com.
