Monthly agency management fees cover active strategy creation, creative design, media buying execution, and dedicated account management. Monthly retainers are non-refundable once campaign setup or ad optimization work has commenced for that billing cycle.
Ad budgets spent directly on Meta, Google, or TikTok ad accounts are billed by the ad platforms themselves and are strictly non-refundable by YR Tech Growth under any circumstances.
If a client requests project cancellation within 48 hours of invoice payment AND prior to the commencement of onboard strategy, a 90% refund of the management fee will be issued (minus 10% administrative banking transaction charges).
Website design deposits (e.g. 50% upfront) are non-refundable once initial wireframes, mockup designs, or code staging environments have been created and approved by the client.
