YR Tech Growth provides digital marketing services, including Meta & Google Ads management, SEO optimization, website development, content marketing, and conversion tracking setups. Detailed campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables are specified in each client's individual Proposal / Invoice Statement.
All agency retainer fees are due strictly in advance at the start of each billing cycle (30 days). Ad budgets payable directly to ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok) are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in agency service fees.
Clients retain 100% ownership of their Business Managers, Ad Accounts, Analytics, and domain names. YR Tech Growth will operate under delegated partner access. Clients must maintain active billing methods on their ad accounts to prevent ad campaign pauses.
Upon full payment of invoice fees, clients own all custom website code, ad graphics, written copywriting, and video assets created specifically for their campaigns.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Faisalabad, Punjab.
